The challenge of creating a Blog

For the people who know me they know my unharmonious relationship with communication, giving speeches is not my thing, sharing my life and thoughts on social networks does not attract my attention, and my role is more based on reception and active listening than on being the issuer. I have always considered myself methodical, analytical and a friend of data and numbers; a simple, direct language with no room for doubt and the spectrum of opinions, likes and above all criticism. Now this challenge makes me reflect on my power to express my thoughts, comment on my knowledge, debate new ideas.

In my academic path, I find it essential to look for tools that contribute not only to the construction of my professional profile but as a human being who contributes and lives on this planet, management and leadership are among the multiple skills that I need to develop, I find these two definitions very linked to success, clearly, the two can coexist independently but together they achieve incredible results.

This blog will be dedicated to sharing the knowledge that I will acquire during this academic period about management and leadership, not because in the medium or short term I want to be a manager or open my own business, which is what we usually associate these concepts with and it is not undeniable that are very necessary tools if you want to manage or be an entrepreneur. I hope one day to achieve it but I am aware that I need more preparation in many other aspects, but beyond that, I seek this training to create habits in me that help in the construction of a person that can balance the personal aspects, of work, study and others intelligently and healthily for my well-being.
