Commercial Ecosystems
Commercial ecosystems are the response to the new vision of the environment of organizations, as defined by the book "Understanding management" by Richard L. in chapter 2 "An organizational ecosystem is a system formed by the interaction between a community of organizations in the environment." As part of this business symbiosis, there are external and internal components that affect the interaction between these factors with the company and its performance in the environment.
Within the external factors, it is important to mention the technological, environmental, sociocultural, economic, political and international factors, for example, technology provides great competitive advantages to organizations, companies that modernize their processes manage to adapt to technological business challenges by optimizing their processes and improving the efficiency of their operations.
In the internal aspects to be analyzed, we find customers, competitors, suppliers, labour market, employees and business culture. I want to exalt the importance of customers within an organization without underestimating the other internal factors, just mentioning it as an example, customers are the heart of the company and without them, the organization cannot survive, a company must understand the needs of the consumer very well to offer a marketable product or service.
The enterprise must constantly monitor the evolution of all these factors to ensure the operation of the company, uncertainty is a variable to always consider, and that is why managers must analyze, interpret, disseminate and use all information that is useful in the operation of the organization.
